About Marshal
Marshal Parks spent nearly a decade as in-house counsel for a major automobile insurance company, where he was recognized annually as a top attorney nationwide. During that time, he represented over 1,000 clients in car crash matters, giving him an inside understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, negotiate, and fight claims. That experience now works in favor of Maurer Law's clients. A Placer County native, Marshal previously started and operated an organic produce company in San Francisco before pursuing law. He resides in Placer County with his wife, two children, and three dogs. When he's not in the office, you'll find him snowboarding and hiking in the Sierra Nevada.
